Agility in IT Service Management; key for Digital Transformation [S1E10]

As enterprises have evolved and progressed through a digital transformation journey, requirements for IT have considerably changed, creating the need to change the mindset of people, and introduce new practices such as Agility.

Agility was adopted initially by software development areas, in a successful attempt to deliver software quickly as required by the business.

However, other areas in IT, mostly on the Operations side, remained focused on processes and control, which may represent a block in the way for Agility.
